Activities
Our nursing home encourages each resident to maintain a full and active lifestyle. To help with this, we provide tailored and extensive care plans developed to promote health and independence. A wide variety of social and rehabilitation activities are arranged throughout the week.
Residents and families are encouraged to participate in decision-making and create a daily routine that will meet the resident's personal and social care needs.
Admission and Fees
It is important to visit several care homes before deciding that a particular care home has the right ambience and facilities. They must be able to provide appropriate care and support for potential residents.
Prior to admission, a nurse from Belvedere Park Nursing Home will make an assessment of the care needs of the prospective resident. It is essential that care needs are understood and that the home is able to provide the correct environment for each individual.
Moving to a new home and changing circumstances can be stressful, and we are here to endure a smooth transition into our environment. Fees appropriate to the level of care provided and the type of room will be discussed and agreed upon prior to admission.
Please contact our care home manager for further information or to arrange a visit. You are most welcome to visit anytime, with a prior appointment. Copies of the home inspection report are always available on request or through the Quality Care Commission (CQC) website.
